If you're interested in learning more about the $100 laptops of the OLPC program, go here and here. Yes, the first site is a Wiki article, but it is the most complete run-down on the laptops I have been able to find. The second link is the MIT page for the program (the OLPC program was birthed by MIT's faculty).
