Documents that Didn't Make History

So we've all heard about the infamous Coup D'Etat that dethroned Chavez for a couple of days in April of 2002. What many of you may not already know, however, is that he did pen a resignation letter which, to be fair, he never signed. Feast your eyes on this gem:




And yes, even the government vouches for its authenticity (at least with regards to the text contained therein). By the way, if you're wondering about the doodling on the top of the page, my guess is as good as yours, though we know that Chavez had a good bit of time to himself in La Orchila.
